Public Utility Board - Notice of Applicaton

The Town of Powerview-Pine Falls (Town) has applied to the Public Utilities Board (Board) for revised water and wastewater rates for the Powerview-Pine Falls Water and Wastewater Utility (Utility) as set out in By-Law No.4-2025,read the first time on April 2, 2025.    Rates were last approved in 2015 in Board Order No.50/15, with current rates coming into effect  January 1, 2016.  In addition to the revised rate application, the Municipality has also applied for the recovery of a 2018 Utility actual operating deficit by the Accumulated Fund surplus.
